  • Dan O'Neill, Managing Partner

    Dan is responsible for asset management, lease negotiation, tenant relationships and overall development strategy and focus. Dan joined Columbia Properties in 2000 and took over management of the company from his father, Barry O’Neill. Prior to CPI, Dan spent two years in real estate finance with Lennar Partners and four years overseas in Australia, New Zealand and Argentina as a financial consultant for Electronic Data Systems. Dan graduated from the University of Florida with Highest Honors in Real Estate and Finance and has an MBA from Emory University. Dan has consistently been named in Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate”. Dan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, was a past member of BB&T’s northwest advisory board and is a former member of the Georgia Center for Children’s Advocacy Advisory Board, and is a current member of the Advisory Council for the Marcus Autism Center of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Dan and his wife, Martha, are active in Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Orphan Concern International and Buckhead Church. Dan is an avid offshore fisherman and private pilot.

  • Andy Campbell, Partner

    Andy is responsible for identifying acquisition and development opportunities and maintaining investor relationships. Since 2004, Andy has sourced, structured and closed dozens of acquisition and development opportunities for Columbia Properties. He began his career with KPMG in their Audit Department and most recently worked for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance (now Macquarie Capital) as Vice President. Andy holds a BSBA from The University of Richmond, is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Insolvency Restructuring Advisor and has passed the NASD Series 7 & Series 63 examinations. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Council for Quality Growth.

  • Rob O'Neill, Partner

    Rob is responsible for oversight of Columbia's management and leasing operation, as well as project management. Rob has been in the commercial real estate business since receiving his MBA from the University of Miami in 1993. Prior to joining Columbia in 2007, Rob spent 11 years in commercial lending with Column Financial, a subsidiary of Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for the origination and underwriting of over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate loans. The majority of the loans Rob originated were for shopping centers in the Southeast giving him detailed operating knowledge that he applies on a daily basis in overseeing the management of Columbia’s portfolio. Rob holds and MBA from the University of Miami and a Finance BBA from the University of Georgia.

  • Kyle Kritz, CCIM, CLS, Development Partner

    Kyle is responsible for sourcing development opportunities and directing all aspects of the development process. Previously, Kyle worked for Childress Klein Properties as Project Partner covering the Southeast. Prior to Childress Klein Properties, Kyle worked for Harris Teeter as Manager of Real Estate and Asset Acquisition, where he ran their joint venture development program. With twenty years of experience, he has been involved in nearly every facet of the industry, from small shop leasing, outparcel sales, storing plan strategies, big box lease negotiations, land contract negotiations, portfolio management to ground up development projects. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM) and an active member of the CCIM and ICSC Georgia Chapters.

  • Kris Murphy, Director of Leasing

    As Director of Leasing for Columbia, Kris is responsible for directing all of the leasing and marketing efforts for CRM’s portfolio of properties. She joined CRM in 2021 after spending seven years with RCG Ventures. At RCG, Kris handled leasing for a portfolio of retail property totaling over 1,000,000 square feet. Kris is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.

  • Charles Lee, Vice President of Construction

    Charles is responsible for planning, budgeting, awarding contracts, and overseeing the construction of Columbia Properties’ developments to their successful completion. Prior to joining Columbia Properties in 2021, Charles completed various projects across the United States ranging in value from $2 million to $200 million and has been in construction management since receiving his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction degree from Auburn University in 1996. He is also a LEED accredited professional.

  • Jacki Wicker, Property Manager

    Jacki is responsible for oversight and management of Columbia’s portfolio of shopping centers. Jacki handles all the day-to-day aspects of managing our one million square foot portfolio, including tenant relations, vendor contracts, property budgeting, and monthly reporting. Jacki has a multifaceted background in commercial real estate spanning over 20 years that includes experience in facilities maintenance, administration, and property management.

  • Janet Bobo, Controller

    Janet is responsible for the oversight and administration of all property and entity accounting functions for all of Columbia’s operations. Prior to joining Columbia in 2022, Janet worked in accounting in a commercial real estate company, focusing on tenant rep. She has a BS in Business Administration and loves to spend time with her husband and two kids.

  • Tamara Doebereiner, Accounts Payable Specialist

    Tamara is responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable. She likes to spend time with her family and travel.
