EXPERIENCE • Columbia’s professionals are veterans of the shopping center business, leveraging off of the experience and tradition of our sister company, Columbia Properties, Inc (“CPI”). A fixture in the Atlanta shopping center development scene since 1981, CPI has developed more than 70 retail properties in the metropolitan Atlanta area and throughout the Southeast. The principals of CRM have an average of over 20 years of experience in all facets of the commercial real estate business including development, leasing, management, construction, maintenance and acquisitions.
