
Dan O'Neill, Managing Partner • Dan is responsible for asset management, lease negotiation and developing tenant relationships. Dan joined Columbia Properties in 2000 and took over management of the company from his father Barry O’Neill. Over the last twelve years under Dan’s leadership CPI has invested in and developed more than 25 retail properties with a cumulative value exceeding $150 million dollars. Prior to CPI, Dan spent 2 years in real estate finance and 4 years overseas in Australia, New Zealand and Argentina as a Consultant. Dan holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from Emory University. Dan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has led several conference panel discussions concerning retail real estate in Metro Atlanta.
Andy Campbell, Partner • Andy is responsible for identifying acquisition and development opportunities and maintaining investor relationships. Over the last eight years Andy has sourced, structured and closed dozens of acquisition and development opportunities. He began his career with KPMG in their Audit Department and most recently worked for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance (now Macquarie Capital) as Vice President. Andy holds a BSBA from The University of Richmond, is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Insolvency Restructuring Advisor and has passed the NASD Series 7 & Series 63 examinations. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Council for Quality Growth.
Rob O'Neill, Partner • Rob is responsible for oversight of Columbia's management and leasing operation, as well as project management. Rob has been in the commercial real estate business since receiving his MBA from the University of Miami in 1993. Prior to joining Columbia in 2007, Rob spent 11 years in commercial lending with Column Financial, a subsidiary of Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for the origination and underwriting of over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate loans. The majority of the loans Rob originated were for shopping centers in the Southeast giving him detailed operating knowledge that he applies on a daily basis in overseeing the management of Columbia’s portfolio. Rob holds and MBA from the University of Miami and a Finance BBA from the University of Georgia.
Kyle Kritz, CCIM, CLS, Director of Development • Kyle is responsible for sourcing development opportunities and directing all aspects of the development process. Previously, Kyle worked for Childress Klein Properties as Project Partner covering the Southeast. Prior to Childress Klein Properties, Kyle worked for Harris Teeter as Manager of Real Estate and Asset Acquisition, where he ran their joint venture development program. With ten years of experience, he has been involved in nearly every facet of the industry, from small shop leasing, outparcel sales, storing plan strategies, big box lease negotiations, land contract negotiations, portfolio management to ground up development projects. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He is a certified commercial investment member (CCIM) and a certified leasing specialist (CLS). He holds real estate licenses in Georgia and South Carolina and is an active member of the CCIM and ICSC Georgia Chapters.
Harman Jenkins, Director of Leasing • As Director of Leasing for Columbia, Harman is responsible for directing all of the leasing and marketing efforts for CRM’s portfolio of properties. She joined CRM in 2008 after spending 18 months as Director of Leasing with RCG Ventures. At RCG, Harman oversaw the leasing effort for a portfolio of retail property totaling over 3,000,000 square feet. Prior to her stint with RCG, Harman spent 9 years as a leasing agent with Columbia Properties overseeing a portfolio of 1,000,000 square feet and 2 years as a leasing agent with Spectrum Services. In total, Harman has been leasing shopping centers in Metro Atlanta for over 15 years and knows the market and tenants as well as anyone. Harman is a graduate of Georgia State University.
Lauren O'Neill, Leasing Agent • Lauren has recently joined Columbia after completing her Bachelor and Master Degree programs at the University of Miami. Lauren has previously completed a very successful apprenticeship in leasing and marketing at CPI. Working closely with the Director of Leasing, Lauren is instrumental in acquiring new tenants for Columbia's portfolio of properties and is in tune with the needs of the individual markets. She relates very well to all of those around her which has helped to mold her into an outstanding addition the Leasing staff.
Martha O'Neill, Leasing Agent • Martha joined Columbia in 2007 and is responsible for assisting with the leasing effort of Columbia's portfolio of properties. Prior to joining Columbia, Martha was a Leasing and Marketing Associate for Jones Lang Lasalle in Atlanta. Martha also previously worked in the marketing and leasing department for Maxwell Properties and Colliers Spectrum Cauble. Martha graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in real estate.
Maryellen M. Yancey, CPM, Vice President • Maryellen is responsible for the oversight of the all property management functions for Columbia Retail Management's portfolio. Maryellen is a 30+ year veteran of the commercial real estate business, and has been with Columbia since 1990. She received her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1984. Her multifaceted background includes experience in property management, leasing and construction of retail, midrise office, and industrial property. Prior affiliations include Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate, The Murphree Company and Goodman Segar and Hogan. Maryellen is a member of and has held leadership positions in the Commercial Real Estate Women of Atlanta (CREW) and is widely regarded as one of the most professional and proficient real estate women in Atlanta.
Trew Kirkland, Property Management Assistant • Trew assists with the administration of property management functions at Columbia.
Joan Lawson, Controller • Joan is responsible for the oversight and administration of all property and entity accounting functions for all of Columbia’s operations.
Lisa Hamel, Accounting Assistant • Lisa is responsible for all accounts payable and accounts receivable for all of Columbia's entities and properties.
Greg Blevins, Property Maintenance • Greg is repsonsible for day-to-day maintenance of all properties in Columbia's management portfolio. Greg has maintained a portfolio of shopping centers of up to 1.5 million square feet.
Margaret O'Neill, Administrative Assistant • Margaret assists with administrative activities for all functions within Columbia's operations, including accounting, leasing, management and development.
